If you have a single license you can’t sell a Unit if you have used it.

If you are a Multiple Use Licensee, you may sell the Units on as part of a capability development, support, training or mentoring initiative.  You just need to have purchased a license for each of the people you are charging to use it.  If desired you can generate revenue by charging more for each licence, as long as you have paid for each of them first.

No.  BestPrepared.com doesn’t endorse any specific service providers.  We recommend you ask for advice from your local business advisor.  The Units in the Website Preparation Kit will give you a structured approach to assessing and selecting a designer.

At this point in time all our resources are in English.  In the future we are looking at Spanish, French and Mandarin but this will depend on what demand there is in various countries.  If you purchase multiple licences you may translate our resources into any language you require.

Depending on what country you are in, the average hourly rate of a website designer may vary between $50 and $150 an hour.  So to justify the savings, using the BestPrepared.com methodology would need to save you at least one to three hours’ of web designer time.  In reality, throughout the process of planning and getting a website up and running, our methodology could save you five, ten, twenty or more hours’ of designer time: a saving of $250 to $3,000 or more.

Multiple Use Licenses are for anyone who wants to use the Bestprepared.com program or individual resources with other people.  Generally this includes Business Development Managers or Designers who will distribute the BestPrepared.com material to a number of clients over a period of time, or Educators who will use it with groups.  Once licences are purchased for all users, the purchaser can rebrand the material as their own.
